Kuji - Know all for Kujis
Share
Kuji is a for-sure-win lottery system popping up monthly in South-East Asian countries. Each session features a specific set of titles with exclusive lots, sometimes along with other more common products.
These Kujis are handled by various companies such as Banpresto/Bandai Namco (Ichiban Kuji), Sanrio (Atari Kuji), FuRyu (Minna no Kuji), Animate Kuji, Video Kuji, Happy Kujis, and more. To participate in the lottery and win items, you must buy tickets in Japanese convenience stores, toy stores like Jump stores, bookstores, or Namco game centers.
There are different levels of each played Kuji. They may be alphabetically displayed or numbered depending on the company handling them. Typically, the lower the number or alphabet, the higher the figure's value. Ichiban Kujis range from A through F or K depending on the number of figures and merchandise approved by Bandai Namco. The figures are limited in numbers and have less chance of a pull.
The final prize that one gets by pulling the last ticket of that Kuji is the Last One prize. It goes to the person who pulled the ticket, and they get all the items left from the Kuji line, including the banners and posters. You do have the chance to purchase the complete line in one go. No tickets are required.
